One Ticket, One Person, One Day
Each vendor ticket provides admission for one (1) vendor to participate on one (1) conference day only.
Day Selection: Vendors must confirm which day they plan to attend during the registration process.
Multiple Days: Vendors wishing to participate on more than one conference day must purchase a separate vendor ticket for each day.
Additional Assistance: Each ticket covers one person. If you require an assistant or additional staff member who will remain at your vendor space during the event, that individual must purchase their own ticket.
Tables & Chairs: The Whole CEO Foundation will not provide tables or chairs. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays, and necessary setup materials.
Vendor Setup: Setup begins one (1) hour before conference doors open on your selected day.
Arrival Requirements: Vendors must arrive during the designated vendor setup window. Please plan accordingly to ensure your space is fully prepared before attendees enter.
By purchasing a vendor ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the vendor participation requirements outlined above.
